This unit provides law-related educational programs to schools and the community. He is currently heavily involved in working with the Critical Incident Response Team, responding to calls when needed. Sergeant Hill has most recently been tasked with teaching various skills to numerous sectors here and abroad. Among these are safety and security techniques and tactical responses to threats.

Since 2016, Sergeant Hill has collaborated with the Department of Homeland Security Strategic Recruitment Diversity and Inclusion Office on several initiatives introducing youth to homeland security and cyberspace careers. This initiative led to several DHS agencies collaborating with National PAL on specific related programs that were very successful.

Sergeant Hill is a former member of the Monmouth County Emergency Response Team, where he has provided executive protection details for numerous dignitaries, celebrities, and other high-profile individuals.
